Energy Academy

During a solo camping trip last year, while I communed with Gaia Sophia in the trees, I received specific instruction that pertained to my frustration over being stuck in a few areas. Later, I asked Gaia where the strong women who loved her were, and how much I would like one for a teacher. I soon saw Mariah on Instagram and immediately became intrigued. She talked about energy, and I got it. It made sense and tied up quite a few loose ends for me.

Much has changed since then. The energy commands work. The more I am diligent, the more results there are. I had heard of calling back pieces of my soul due to trauma, but I had not heard of calling my own energy back. My energy had been in lots of places and people, scattered and used for nefarious purposes, I am sure. Hey, that is MY energy, not anyone else’s. It is for my life.

I now have more energy than I have had for probably my entire adult life, which is 62 years. My age reminds me to keep moving forward. Time is precious. My mind is sharper. Fear is not my companion. I do not live in the past. I do not entertain any thoughts of self-deprecation. Once you know, you can see these nasty programs in action and stop them. There is always plenty of love to replace any negative behavior.

This is what it is all about — being who I was created to be, in communion with Gaia Sophia. My Mama dreamt of me, and I only want to be that person. I am grateful that I get to be me.
